Our Bacon-Wrapped Sea Scallops start with dry, wild-caught sea scallops, known for their clean, sweet flavor and firm texture. Each scallop is wrapped in premium, center-cut uncured bacon, delivering a balance of smokiness and richness without overpowering the scallop. The bacon is CA Prop 12 and MAQ3 compliant, ensuring it comes from humanely raised pork.
Available as individual pieces or on skewers, these scallops are designed for versatility—ideal for roasting, grilling, or pan-searing. With no added water or preservatives, they cook evenly, achieving a crisp, caramelized exterior while keeping the scallop tender.
Scallops in Shells
Our Sea Scallops in Shells are the first of their kind—USA dry sea scallops, carefully blended and served in their natural shell. Each flavor profile is developed to highlight the scallop’s sweet, clean taste, with a minimum 40% scallop content in every portion. Gluten free (*Szechuan Orange is not Gluten Free) and a true seafood experience.
Frozen immediately after preparation, these scallops retain peak freshness and quality, ensuring a consistent, high-standard product. The natural shell serves as both a cooking vessel and presentation element, making this a versatile option for foodservice and retail.
